Yes. Both mods depend on fabric-api. Drop the latest Fabric API .jar into your /mods folder alongside the mod. It's available free from Modrinth or CurseForge.
PayMod is client-side only — clients don't need it installed. Spawner v1 is client-side only since it's a texture replacement. You can load it on both sides without issues.
Your license covers one server or personal installation. Redistribution or bundling in a public modpack requires a separate agreement — reach out via Discord or the support email.
